We've modified our cut for the Fight Short design to ensure maximum dexterity for all sorts of MMA/BJJ movements.  The changes compared to the Athletic Short are as follows:

• 3/4" Shorter
• Higher side cuts on short leg for maximum dexterity
• Velcro closure w/inner drawstring
• No pockets
